Parkside Pediatrics - SPartanburg

The Project included a Renovation of an old BI-LO building for Parkside Pediatrics to build a first class pediatric medical office and separate open space for future tenant expansion.

N C & E installed an all new LED lighting package, medical office build-out, future x-ray room, generator installation to back-up entire space.

City Scape Winery

N C & E facilitated new construction of City Scape Winery’s main building in Pelzer SC. Demolished old building and rebuilt new, re-routing all electrical to new building.

N C & E installed all new LED lighting throughout the space, New 800amp electrical service, power wiring for Wine production equipment, and Power wiring for all HVAC equipment.

TTI – Pelzer Point Distribution Center

The TTi project included the renovation of an existing distribution center in Pelzer SC. N C & E was tasked with using existing electrical service to add multiple distribution panels to service build out of new office space.

N C & E purchased and installed multiple 480v-208v three phase transformers in order to service new office space. Ran hundreds of feet of 2”-3” EMT conduit in warehouse rafters (40ft in the air) to access build out locations, New lighting package, power wiring for office and cubicles in open work area.

St Paul’s Church

The project for N C & E was construction for St Paul’s Church in downtown Greenville. This new build will house St. Paul’s congregation in a new sanctuary on main floor with classroom, gathering rooms, and office space on basement floor below.

What are doing installing a new 1600amp electrical service, fully designed lighting and controls package, expansive conduit system for Audio and Visual controls, Kitchen equipment installation, and power wiring for all HVAC equipment.
